There are a few reasons the remote control is not working as intended. You can perform some simple troubleshooting to resolve the issue and avoid the hassles of making a trip to our service center. This will also help us in identifying the root cause of the issue and better assist you in resolving it.
- Press the button at the bottom of the remote control to remove the battery compartment cover
- Take out the existing batteries
- Insert 2 new AAA size batteries in the compartment. Note: Ensure the +/- markings on the battery matches the markings inside the compartment.
- Using the rocker button at the back of the TV, navigate to the account
- Go to "Settings"
- Scroll down to "Remotes & Accessories"
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned on
- Turn on your PRISM+ Google TV
- Press & hold the Google Assistant button on the remote controller for 3 seconds
- Once there is a flash green light on top of the remote it means the remote is in "Pairing mode", the remote will then auto pair to the PRISM+ Google TV.
