Aircon Maintenance
PRISM+ is the first company to introduce in app maintenance and direct bookings for general servicing of your air-conditioning devices.
There are 3 main functions to our maintenance utility:
- Purchase a general servicing package.
- Schedule a preferred date and time for the general servicing for your units.
- Track the expiry dates for your standard or extended warranty.
General Servicing Package Subscription
- To access the "Maintenance" dashboard, tap on the "Maintenance" icon at the bottom navigation bar on the main dashboard.
- To subscribe to a General Servicing Package, tap on “Subscribe today” where you will be directed to our microsite to make the subscription.
General Servicing Scheduling
- Tap on "Schedule A New Appointment" button where a form will be launched for you to fill out.
- Select the preferred date and time for your general servicing appointment and our customer service team will get in touch with you within 2 business days to confirm your booking.
Warranty Activation
- Your PRISM+ Zero warranty is based on the "Installation Date" of your aircon devices.
- Tap on "Activate Warranty" on each of your paired aircon devices to be directed to a screen where you will need to key in your aircon device's installation date.
- Once done, you will be able to view both your default standard warranty expiration date or your extended warranty expiration date.
Enjoy 8 Years Full Coverage Warranty on both indoor and outdoor units if quarterly servicing is done with PRISM+. Otherwise, standard warranty terms apply.
