Setting Up Routines

setting

There are 4 main actions you can configure when setting up a routine:

  • Turn on the aircon/fan: This function allows you to choose a time range to turn your device on automatically.
    • For example, a user might choose to set up a routine to turn the device on from 11pm to 7am to match their sleeping hours.
  • Turn off the aircon: This function allows you to set a time for your device to turn off automatically.
  • Remind me to turn on the aircon/ceiling fan: This function will ONLY send you a reminder to turn on the device via your app and will not turn the device on for you.
  • Remind me to turn off the aircon/fan: This function will ONLY send you a reminder to turn off the device via your app and will not turn it off for you.

Setting up Routines (Manual) - Aircon

setting

  • The Manual function allows you to manually set your aircon to turn on within a set time range with the following "fixed" settings:
    • Aircon Temperature
    • Fan Speed
    • Swing Mode
  • Throughout the time that you have set your air conditioning to be on, these settings will remain fixed.

Setting up Routines (Smart) - Aircon

setting

The Smart function allows your aircon device to automatically turn on or off based on "Ambient Temperature" presets.

  • For example, if you set an Ambient temperature range of 22Β°C to 25Β°C for your room, your aircon will automatically turn off at 22Β°C and turn on at 25Β°C to maintain your desired room temperature.

Ambient Temperature refers to the air temperature of any object or environment where the aircon is set up. In this case, it is the approximate temperature of your room surroundings.

Things to note:

  • We recommend that you set the "Target Temperature" below the "lower temperature limit".
  • For example, if you want your room to stay between a temperature of 22Β°C to 25Β°C, select "Target Temperature" at 20Β°C.
  • Avoid setting an "Ambient Temperature" range beyond 3Β°C or your aircon will stay off for an extended period of time.
