The power button is used for turning off the fan only. To power on the fan, you may directly select the fan speed. You may refer to the diagram below on how to navigate your remote control.
If the above does not work, your remote control might not be paired to your fan. Follow the instructions below to pair your remote control to your fan:
1. If you own multiple PRISM+ Ceiling Fans, turn the power off for the rest of the fans before pairing the remote to the selected fan.
2. If you own one PRISM+ Ceiling Fan, directly press and hold the 8h button for 5 seconds to pair and follow the pairing instructions in the app.
