Our installers are required to opening up false ceilings to check the stability of the existing false ceiling mount. This is to ensure that the ceiling is sufficiently strong to hold the weight of the Ceiling Fan.
Additional false ceiling charges are not required as long as there are no modifications made to your existing false ceiling.
