Select your Television Type
Android TV
- Power: Turn the TV on or to standby/off mode.
- Mute: Mute or restore the TV Sound
- Number buttons (0~9): Select the channel directly, or input a number.
- SOURCE: Select the input source
- INFO: Access the INFO interface.
- MENU: Access the menu of quick settings.
- HOME: Access the home page.
- Navigating Buttons: Navigate the menu to select the content you need.
- OK: Confirm, enter or execute the selected item, or show the list of Quick Button.
- EXIT: Exit the current operation.
- BACK: Return to upper-level content, or exit the current screen.
- Application Buttons: Access specific applications directly.
- ***Teletext Buttons***
- TEXT: Access or exit the teletext menu
- Reveal: Display - Program Up/Down (P^/â): Switch Channels.
- Volume Up/Down (VOL +/-): Adjust the sound volume.
- GUIDE: Access the EPG interface in DTV mode.
- MIC (): Start talking to Google Assistant of the TV.
- ***USB Play Control Buttons***
Play (â¶): Start the playback.
Pause (âž): Pause the playback.
Fast Backward (âȘ): Fast backward the playback.
Fast Forward (â©): Fast forward the playback. - SUBTITLE: Turn on or turn off the subtitle function.
- AD: Turn on or turn off the function of audio description.
- Color Buttons (R/G/Y/B):Execute the prompt function in specific mode
Unpair the Remote
- Press & hold "Home" and "Left arrow" button simultaneously until there is a green flashing light on the indicator
- Once the there is green flashing light, slide down the battery compartment cover at the back of the remote control then remove and replace with new batteries.
Ensure the batteries are placed according to the "+" and "-" sign indicator. - After completing Step 1 & Step 2, your remote will be unpaired pressing any buttons will show red indicator showing that the remote is in infrared mode.
Pair the Remote
- Turn on the televisionÂ
- Press & hold "Home" and "Left arrow" button simultaneously until there is a green flashing light on the indicatorÂ
- When the indicator starts flashing green light, press "Google Assistant" button to start the pairing. Once the pairing is done, there will be a notification on the TV indicating "Succeed" and a green indicator light will flash whenever a button is pressed.

Retrieve the Serial Number
- Remove the battery casing from the remote
- The serial number will be located at the back of the remote battery casing.
Talk to your Assistant
Requirement
1. Ensure Android TV remote is paired to the TV.
2. On TV must have a gmail account signed in.
3. Ensure in TV settings, google Assistant function is switch on.
On your Android TVâs remote, press the Assistant  button or select Microphone  option on the Home Screen. Then ask your question. To make sure the Assistant can hear you, speak into the microphone on your remote.
On QE-PRO and AL model, you will be able to activate Assistant using the Farfield Mic by saying the command "Hey/Ok Google". Alternatively you can also use the remote to activate Assistant.
Basic Remote troubleshooting
- Unpair the remote manually
- Change a fresh set of batteries
- After completing Step 1 and Step 2, attempt to pair the remote again
