  • Warranty does not cover any self induced damages whether it is part replacement cost or labour, both will be chargeable.

How long after my refrigerator purchase can I buy the PRISM+ Premium Extended Warranty ?

It is ideal that you purchase it together with the refrigerator in the same purchase, else you have 30 days after purchase or delivery date (whichever is later) to buy it via any of our sales channel. Our customer service team will contact you to register your details within 3 working days.

How long is the coverage of PRISM+ Premium Extended Warranty?

PRISM+ Premium Extended Warranty provides additional coverage of 3 or 6 years after the 2 year standard manufacturing warranty.

When does my Premium extended warranty's coverage start?

PRISM+ Premium Extended Warranty's coverage starts at end date of the standard manufacturer's warranty (2 years).

Who will be repairing my appliances?

Repairs are carried out by our own engineers and our pool of approved service partners. They are well trained by us, which gives them unrivaled knowledge and expertise on PRISM+ refrigerators.

Will the replacement parts be new and original?

Replacement parts are new and original manufacturer's parts that conform to factory specifications.

How do I make a claim or call for repair?

When appliance failure occurs, due to an electrical or mechanical failure, you may contact us via our contact form or at 31298150 to report the appliance failure. Our Customer Service Representatives will be ready to guide you through the service process.

To expedite service, please ensure that you have your receipt details readily available before placing the call. If the appliance failure is not reported to us prior to repair, the repair will not be approved.

What is the coverage limit?

The PRISM+ Premium Extended Warranty’s coverage is limited to the retail price (after deducting PRISM+ store vouchers) of your appliance. All repairs and replacements made to your appliance shall not exceed the coverage limit. Extended warranty will end when the coverage limit is reached or when the appliance is replaced (whichever is earlier).

What is not covered by the premium extended warranty?
  • Appliance modification(s) made without authorization
  • Any loss or damage due to burglary, theft, corrosion, animal and insect infestation, misuse, neglect, abuse, natural disasters, or an act of god
  • Cosmetic defects/ Accidental or intentional physical damage
  • Consumables (Including batteries)
  • External faults (such as wiring, electrical connections and more)
What happens if my appliance is beyond repair?

The PRISM+ Premium Extended Warranty will replace the product only if deemed beyond economical repair with a  like for like new product (subjected to coverage limit after product purchase price after deducting store vouchers minus cumulative repair cost).

  • Diagnostic fee is chargeable if a technician is sent onsite but no repairs were carried out.
  • In the event that the technician performed repairs onsite, diagnostic fee will be waived and labour and transport fee will be charged on top of any replacement parts cost.
