1. Is the PRISM+ door/gate a smart lock?
Yes! both the Sentinel and Sentry models are smart locks. You can connect them to PRISM+ Connect via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.

2. Is the PRISM+ door/gate lock water-resistant?
No, neither the Sentinel nor the Sentry models are water-resistant.

3. What is the mode of access available on the PRISM+ door/gate lock?
Fingerprint, Pin codes, App, RFID Card, Facial Recognition* and Emergency Key

*Facial Recognition mode is only available in the PRO version of both door & gate lock.

4. What is the maximum number of accesses I can have for my door/gate lock?

Passcode 250
Card Access 100
Fingerprint 100
Face ID 100

5. What type of battery does our digital door lock use?
We use Rechargeable Lithium Ion Battery

6. How do I charge the battery pack from my door/gate lock?
Remove the battery from the respective locks and charge it using a USB-C cable.

7. How long can our digital door lock's battery last?

Standard 8-12 months*
PRO 6-9 months*
*All of the above are based on 10 unlock/day, actual battery life may vary based on usage rate.

8. Can I purchase a spare battery?
No, we are not selling any battery/accessories at the moment.

9. How do I know if my door/gate lock is running out of battery?
A 'Low Battery' warning message will sound each time you use the door or gate lock when the battery level reaches 25%.

10. How long will it take to fully charge the door/gate lock battery?
Between 3-4 hours to be fully charged.

*We recommend to only charge your battery overnight
11. Do you provide 24/7 Support?
Yes, we offer 24/7 support. However, if our locksmith is required to go onsite and no fault is found, there will be a minimum charge of $50.

12. Will your installation team help to do the initial setup?
Yes, after installation is completed. Our installation team will assist you in setting up the initial setup.
