Quick Access
On the App
1. Select the paired device
2. Select "Quick Access" icon in the top right corner.
User can generate a random passcode and set how long the passcode is valid for.
Recommended for sharing with temporary visitors (contractors, friends etc)

Passcode (Permanent, recurring, timed, one-time, temporary)
On the App
1. Select the paired device
2. Select "Create Access".
3. To create your passcode, select "Passcode".
4. You will be prompted to enter a passcode name and choose the validity type. If you are creating your Master Pin Code, select the validity type 'Permanent' and set your passcode.
Note that your passcode must be between 4-9 digits long.
5. After creating your passcode, press 'Save' to complete the process. If the passcode fails to save, ensure that you are close to the lock and that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
Types of passcodes
Permanent passcodes
Allow you to set your desired passcode. This is the only passcode type where you can choose your own passcode, all other types of passcodes will generate a random passcode.
Recurring passcodes
Allow you to choose the start and end time and the recurring period (daily, weekend, weekdays, one specific day of the week)
Temporary passcodes
Allow you to set the start and end time and it recurs daily.
Timed passcodes
Allow you to set the start and end dates and times.
One-time passcodes
Are only valid for 6 hours from the time it is generated and can only be used once.
1. Select the paired device
2. Select "Create Access".
3. To create your passcode, select "Passcode".

3. Select "Fingerprints".
4. Name the access then select "Start" button.
On the Physical Device
5. Wake up the keypad by touching it and pressing any button.
6. Place your finger on the sensor and adjust until fingerprint is captured entirely.
The fingerprint access can now be used to unlock the lock.

6. Place your finger on the sensor and adjust until fingerprint is captured entirely.

RFID Card/Sticker Access
On the App
1. Select the paired device
2. Select "Create Access".
3. Select "access card".
4. Name the access then select "Start" button.
On the Physical Device
5. Wake up the keypad by touching it and pressing any button.
6. Hold the RFID Access card/sticker against the keypad of the device
The access card can now be used to unlock the device.

Face ID (Only for PRISM+ Sentinel PRO & PRISM+ Sentry PRO
On the App
1. Select the paired device
2. Select "Create Access".
3. Select "Face ID".
4. Name the access then select "Start" button.
On the Physical Device
5. Wake up the keypad by touching it and pressing any button.
6. Face the lock's camera so it can capture the facial data. Ensure face is not covered.
Face ID can now be used to unlock the device.

4. Name the access then select "Start" button.
On the Physical Device
5. Wake up the keypad by touching it and pressing any button.
6. Face the lock's camera so it can capture the facial data. Ensure face is not covered.

Deleting Access rights on PRISM+ Connect
On the access section, swipe left on the name of the access and the delete button should show.
