1. Fingerprint Sensor

Using registered Fingerprint to unlock the gate. Learn to create fingerprint access here.

Do you know?
The PRISM+ Sentry and Sentry PRO feature dual fingerprint recognition, allowing users to unlock the gate using fingerprints on both the front and back sides.
This feature ensures that if either side of the sensor is faulty, there will be an alternative way to unlock the gate (provided you can reach it).

Note:
If your finger is wet, sweaty, or shaky, it might cause the verification to fail.

2. Keypad
Using designated/registered PIN to unlock the gate. Learn to create various type of PIN here.

Do you know?
You will be able to create 5 different types of PIN codes based on the occassion. (Permanent, recurring, timed, one-time and temporary PIN).

Permanent Allow you to set your desired passcode. This is the only passcode type where you can choose your own passcode, all other types of passcodes will generate a random passcode.
Recurring Allow you to choose the start and end time and the recurring period (daily, weekend, weekdays, one specific day of the week)
Temporary Allow you to set the start and end time and it recurs daily.
Timed  Allow you to set the start and end dates and times.
One-time Are only valid for 6 hours from the time it is generated and can only be used once.

Useful Tip:
Each time you wish to use the keypad, lightly tap it to activate it.

Note:
If after 5 failed attempts, the keypad will automatically lock for 5 minutes. For every additional 5 failed attempts, the lockout period will increase by an additional 2 minutes.
You can bypass the lockout by unlocking the lock through the app.
3. RFID
Use the registered RFID cards or stickers to unlock the door. Learn how to register the RFID cards or stickers here.

Useful Tip:
You can affix your RFID cards to a readily accessible spot or stick the RFID label on your mobile phone, wallet, or other items for convenient access.
4. Doorbell

6. Facial Recognition Camera (only PRO version)
Using your registered face to unlock the door. Learn to register face here.

Do you know?
The facial recognition camera has a wide-angle view, so it does not require the user to look directly into the camera for facial detection.

Useful Tip:
Ensure there is no obstruction in front of the camera if you wish to use the facial recognition unlock feature.
7. Mechanical keyhole
Using the Mechanical key to open the Gate lock.

Useful Tip:
The handle of the mechanical key should always face the fingerprint scanner when inserting it into the mechanical keyhole.
8. Battery Case
Use to store the Li-lon Replaceable battery. To remove the battery casing, you must first remove the bolt screw at the bottom before taking off the back casing.

Do you know?

Useful Tip:
When you need to charge your battery, it is recommended to do so overnight for convenience and better security.

Note:
While charging your battery, you will not be able to use most of the features to unlock the lock, such as remote control, RFID card, PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition* and lock/unlock button.

You will only be able to unlock the door using the emergency key or the physical knob.
