Simply send us the following 3 images of your door/gate, and our team will assess compatibility with our Smart Locks:
1. A full picture of your gate/door from the outside of your house.
2. A full picture of your door from the inside of your house.
3. A picture showing the distance between your gate and door, using your hand as a reference for scale.

If you have not scheduled your installation date yet, our team will contact you within 1-3 working days to arrange it.
For compatibility-related issues, our team will only reach out if your door/gate is found to be incompatible. If no issues are identified, your door/gate is good to go—subject to the onsite condition assessed by the installer.
