How to check if Grab Voucher was applied

Do note that since the Grab vouchers are provided and applied on the grab payment platform, the order confirmation from PRISM+ will not reflect the respective discount. Customers may check that the discount by going into their Grabpay transaction history via the Grab App.

1. Open the Grab App and click on the "Payment" button at the bottom.

3. You should see the "Recent transactions" section, click on "Show all".

4. Look for the transaction by PRISM+ on the date that you made the purchase and click on the arrow beside the amount to expand the record.

5. You should be able to see the total amount paid, and also the "promotion" which is the discount provided by Grab.

PRISM+ is unable to apply this voucher for the customer because the promotion is under the jurisdiction of Grab Financial Services Singapore.
