How to check if Pace Voucher was applied

*Do note that since the Pace vouchers are provided and applied on the Pace payment platform, the order confirmation from PRISM+ will not reflect the respective discount. Customers can only check the discount by going into their Pace Purchase history via the Pace App.

 

 

1. Click on Purchases icon at the bottom of the page

2. Click into your Prism+ purchase record

3. The voucher applied will be shown under the Purchase amount.

You will also be able to check the installment(s) paid or upcoming installment(s) here.

Kindly note that PRISM+ is unable to apply any voucher(s) for the customer on behalf as the promotion is under the jurisdiction of Pace Enterprise Pte Ltd.
