To screencast your Android device, ensure that it is connected to the same Wi-Fi channel and frequency (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) as your Android TV. Once done, simply follow the steps below:
You may need to split the WiFi band into 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz if the Google Home app is unable to detect the TV.
Refer to your router manual or contact your Internet Service Provider for more information on WiFi band splitting.
Download the "Google Home" app on your phone or tablet's Google Play Store.
Open the app and complete the initial setup.
On the app's home page, select your PRISM+TV's name under "Other cast devices". The picture below is for reference as the name of your TV could be different.
Tap on "Cast my screen" to cast.
Note
iOS, HarmonyOS and WindowsOS devices are not supported and certain Android devices may not be supported. Turn off 'Power Saving Mode' or 'Battery Saving Mode' on your Android device. Power Saving Mode can limit the processing power of your device which might affect the performance of the Cast Screen feature.
