What is our Shipping Policy?

PRE-ORDERS

For all Pre-Orders, the estimated time of arrival (ETA) will be indicated in the respective product page (an example of ETA as shown below).

Do be rest assured that at PRISM+, our dedicated team is always closely monitoring the stocks arrival!

 

  • For Pre-Orders of Monitor / Monitor Arms / TV Stands / TV Contactless Deliveries:

Once the stock arrives, your order will be processed by the delivery team. You will then receive a notification for the order processed through email and SMS.

 

  • For Pre-Orders of TV Set-Ups:

Once it has arrived and ready to be shipped, our team will contact you to make any delivery arrangements.

IN-STOCK Monitor / Monitor Arms / TV Stands* / Soundbars
Kindly allow 2-4 working days for your item(s) to be shipped to you (unless stipulated differently on the product page).

*Please note this applies for TV Stands with "Delivery Only" option selected.
IN-STOCK TVs / Soundbars / TV Stands Assembly^
Kindly allow 2-4 working days for our delivery partners to contact you for a delivery and/or installation arrangement (unless stipulated differently on the product page). Please keep your phone line active and keep an eye for a number starting with +65!

Do note that this will be delivered separately from your Monitor / Monitor Arms purchases.
^Please note TV Stands Assembly applies when "Deliver + Assembly" option is selected

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?
As of now, we do not ship to international locations from Singapore.
However, we do have presence in Malaysia and Australia currently where you may order from the respective webpages!
Is there self-collection option?
Currently there is no self-collection arrangement. After your order has been processed, the item(s) will be delivered to your doorstep as per time frame stated above!

  • Working days exclude weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Due to the pandemic, we seek for your understanding and patience in times like this as our delivery partners might require a longer time to deliver your product to you while applying stricter safety measurements for both the public and the team.
